- All Account Managers have KPI's to deliver optimum service. Response acknowledgement response times of 60 minutes Domestic or International.

- Can you assist with travel policy creation?
- We will even do it for you if you prefer - no charge.

- Absolutely. Your policy will be loaded into all of our systems and we will reinforce its requirements.
- Will you report on exceptions to the policy?
- As often as you want us to. It is vital that you know who and why and what effect this has on your spend.
- Can you get good hotel rates?
- Through RADIUS we can access special room rates in 90 Countries.
- You're a boutique agency, do you have any buying power?
