All Account Managers have KPI's to deliver optimum service. Response acknowledgement response times of 60 minutes Domestic or International.

Can you assist with travel policy creation?
We will even do it for you if you prefer - no charge.

Absolutely. Your policy will be loaded into all of our systems and we will reinforce its requirements.
Will you report on exceptions to the policy?
As often as you want us to. It is vital that you know who and why and what effect this has on your spend.
Can you get good hotel rates?
Through RADIUS we can access special room rates in 90 Countries.
You're a boutique agency, do you have any buying power?

Will you save us money?
